Reminder ESM Families! Registration is coming up and will be held on Aug 12 (1-7pm) and Aug 13 (12-4pm) at the GETZ ROAD CAMPUS. With K-8 Meet & Greets on the same days/times it is now more convenient for you to complete registration and meet & greet at your convenience. All Meet & Greets will take place in your child(ren)’s homeroom at either Getz or Union.

✅ Registration packets were mailed with complete details.
✅ Enter through Door 11, which is the main School Entrance, and follow the signs to the gymnasium.
✅ Bring completed forms with you.
✅ Invoices were emailed in May and mailed to families in the registration packet. Refer to the mailed packet for more details on payment plans and instructions.

Fort Wayne Lutheran School Families: The LutheRun Fall Season registration is now open! Sign up today and share with a friend!

LutheRun is a cross country team for area 4th-8th grade students that attend one of the Fort Wayne Lutheran schools OR that are homeschooled and attend a Fort Wayne Lutheran church. We compete in a variety of area middle school and elementary cross country meets during the fall season. Race distances are 3K (1.8miles) or 1mile for select elementary races. Runners of all abilities are encouraged to participate. The goal of LutheRun is to promote a culture of running, encourage lifelong healthy activity, and bring glory to God with our talents.

Our 26-27 ESM staff is almost complete! See if these positions are a good fit for you and come join our team!

Extended Care Staff: Mon, Tues, and/or Thurs afternoons at Union & Mon-Wed mornings at Getz. This individual will assist in providing supervised care of ESM students.

Food Assistant: 20 hours per week, this individual will assist with food prep and service in the Union Street kitchen and occasional food transport to the Getz Road Campus.

Depending on availability and desired hours, multiple candidates can be hired for these positions.

Dear Friend of ESM,

On behalf of the students, families, and staff at ESM, we invite you to partner with us in supporting our Athletic Booster Program. Our athletics program plays an important role in helping students grow not only in physical ability, but also in character, teamwork, discipline, and Christian sportsmanship.

Through participation in sports, our students learn valuable life lessons while representing our school and our faith in the community. The Athletic Booster Program works to support these opportunities by helping provide equipment, uniforms, facility improvements, tournament and travel costs that allow our student-athletes to compete and grow.

We are seeking local businesses who would be willing to sponsor our programs. Sponsorships directly benefit our students and help ensure that every child has the opportunity to participate and develop their God-given talents. As athletic expenses have increased, especially with new league fees and the blessing of having more students eligible to participate, your support makes a huge difference so our student athletic fees stay reasonable, we can support families needing additional aid, and we can keep encouraging youth in athletics!

We are asking for an annual $300 donation from businesses. Sponsors will have a logo placed on a banner that would hang in each campus gym for the calendar year, visible to all visitors not just during the athletics seasons but also during all church events hosted in those spaces, too. Most importantly, your support demonstrates a shared commitment to investing in young people and strengthening our community.
