Habit Formation
1. Start building self integrity by making simple promises to yourself that you will keep
2. Choose a habit or two that you know you can succeed at (see last video)
3. Systematize the habit
a. Time/place/attach
b. Systematize based on potential frictions
c. Make exceptions and caveats as needed (as opposed to failing!)
