Living Text Productions is a scholarly pursuit, dedicated to exploring a variety of current topics through interpersonal interactions, rhetorical reflections, and documentary film. Thus far, we've explored a number of issues and events, including Jon Stewart's "Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear," local farms and farmer's markets in Northeast Indiana, and memorial practices in New York during the tenth anniversary of 9/11.

After three amazing weeks we would like to thank Syracuse University, the Gig Harbor Film Festival, and Louisville's International Festival of Film for the warm welcomes. We met some filmmakers, saw some great films, and made some new friends. Things are going really well and we are now looking forward to the Wild Rose Independent Film Festival in November!
A very big thank you to Louisville's International Festival of Film. We had a wonderful weekend and got to meet a number of really talented filmmakers. Now we go from to . Off to the Gig Harbor Film Festival this weekend!

Last night, we had a wonderful screening of the film here at Syracuse University. Many thanks to our hosts and to the audience members that engaged in a great conversation about the making of the film!
We begin our visit to Syracuse University with a presentation to a class on public memory. Looking forward to sharing our experiences making the film with the students here.
