Mr. Curry is more than a leader — he is a movement. As the Founder and CEO of The Art Leadership Center (The ALC), he has built a visionary space where the arts meet excellence, developing Renaissance Scholars and Artists who embody the 5 Wells of Leadership: Well-Read, Well-Spoken, Well-Dressed, Well-Traveled, and Well-Balanced.

His passion for purpose, service, and cultural legacy led him to unite over 35 grassroots leaders, elders, and city officials to form the Juneteenth Collaborative, and later launch the Macknificent Freedom Fest — now the official Juneteenth celebration of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

In that moment, Mr. Curry was passed the torch by cultural elders, becoming a Torch Bearer — a Keeper of the Light, the Law, and the Cultural Movement.

At Blue Heart, we are beyond honored to have him shaping our young kings through the power of STEP, discipline, rhythm, and brotherhood.
