The 4th Annual March of the Knights will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 8am-11:30am.

Led by our chaplains, BLHS teams and clubs will march from Bishop Luers High School to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in downtown Fort Wayne, to dedicate the year to Jesus through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The Fort Wayne Police Department will provide an es**rt for safety. The walk is 3 miles long, about a 1-hr walk. We will travel down Calhoun Street. All will be bussed back to Bishop Luers to enjoy a pizza lunch!

This annual ceremony was an idea of our chaplains: to walk united as Knights to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception church, the 'home' of Our Blessed Mother Mary. When we compete, we do so for her Son Jesus and to give honor to her. So, it is right and just to entrust our season to her, asking for her protection and support.

This ceremony is also rooted in our mission statement "You are the light of the world…. your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father." - Matthew 5:14
