Spiritually awake or running on autopilot?
Have you noticed how easy it is to run on autopilot? Alarm, work, provide, repeat. From the outside life looks “fine,” yet inside there’s a quiet ache: I’m surviving, not fully living.
You’re not alone. Many responsible men carry the same tension—holding everything together while longing for peace, clarity, and real connection with God.
The good news? You were never created to sleepwalk through life. Jesus still whispers the same words He spoke to Lazarus: “Come forth.”
That invitation is the heart of The Lazarus Project, a one-day reset designed to help men wake up, align mind–body–spirit, and step into courageous destiny.
Let’s start living awake—together. Link in bio.

Are you ready for a fresh perspective on the deeper roots of po*******hy? In today’s episode, Amber & Jason talk about how numbing, or escaping, is a form of soothing & self-regulation. Often approaches within the Church lean toward behavior modification, but Jason sheds light on true freedom through the integration of spiritual formation, neuroscience and psychology. He describes how the opposite of addiction is not sobriety, its connection and what it means to truly renew your mind for healing that lasts.

As I, Nate, have sat with many men over the years, his inner voice has a common thread.
“I feel trapped.” “I don’t know how to talk about this.” “It seems like I’m the only one carrying this weight.” “Does anybody care to know or will I just be shamed?”
I’ve often discovered the pattern of silent desperation within a season of struggle. It’s disheartening because men were never meant to bear their burdens alone or to be shamed for being human.
Society has taught men to equate silence with strength, but in that silence, so much of their inner world goes unseen and unacknowledged. The quiet desperation inside causes wrestling with unspoken pain, unmet expectations, and the fear of being vulnerable.
If you haven’t shared with other men what you’re facing in your internal world, you’re missing out on the fullness of the integration of your healing. This is why we were meant to heal within connection, vulnerability, and depth in relationships.
Our 8-week therapeutic group, the Interconnected Community, opens for today for registration! Jump in through the link in bio to secure your spot. We’d also love to hear your insight below on why you think men get emotionally stuck?

As I’ve listened for thousands of hours to the inner voice of women, there are patterns I recognize.
I hear her heart whispering, “I feel alone.” “I don’t have anyone else to talk to.” “It seems like I’m the only one who struggles with this.”
As I lean in with curiosity, I often discover the pattern of isolation within a season of healing. It breaks my heart because we were never meant to heal alone.
If your counselor is the only one who fully knows what you are facing in your internal world, you’re missing out on the fullness of the integration of your healing across your relationships.
This is why we were meant to heal within connection, vulnerability and depth in relationships. Are you ready for your next layer of healing and deep connection with other women or men?
Our 8-week therapeutic group, the Interconnected Community, opens for registration on Monday. Join the waitlist through the link in bio to be the first to access the limited spots!

There was one moment, in our early dating years, where I was sitting across from Nate and had a huge realization.
We were talking about dreams for the future and we each shared something that felt completed mirrored to one another and aligned.
Nate expressed his vision for leading men and making an impact in their lives through vulnerability, authenticity and depth.
My soul came alive as I realized that is exactly my heart for leading women. I desired to create safe spaces for women to be known, loved and encouraged.
We both smiled, giving ourselves more permission to imagine what it might be like to do this together, in marriage and partnership.
Now, our dream is becoming a reality. After years of being in the trenches in parenthood, we are using our gifts to serve men and women together.
