I had a chance to meet this steelworker in Schererville during one of our many canvassing events in District 1.

We had the chance to talk about working families, and he was excited to see that I was a union guy, as well.

His neighbor is currently locked-out by bp and she’s been struggling. He and their neighbors in Schererville have come to her aide during these hard times.
