The Fort Wayne Alumni Center of Taylor University invites all Fort Wayne Campus alumni to join us for an All-Alumni Celebration on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at First Missionary Church in Fort Wayne:

• 1:30 pm All-Alumni and Friends Celebration Service
• 3:00 pm Historical Marker Dedication outdoors at First Missionary Church.

ATTENTION ALL FORT WAYNE ALUMNI and FRIENDS!
Please join us for an afternoon of music and fellowship this Saturday, September 18, at First Missionary Church, 701 W. Rudisill Blvd., Fort Wayne, at 2:00 p.m.
No pre-registration is required for this event. Simply join us in the First Missionary Church Sanctuary to enjoy the musical talent of Dr. Ken Mays g60, as he plays and leads us in songs to worship our Lord. Parking is available in the lot behind the church, so you may enter through the double glass sliding doors at the back of the church on the lower level. Elevator access also will be available for those who need it.
Admission is FREE. An offering will be taken to cover costs of facility use and to support the continuing ministry of your Fort Wayne Alumni Center.

We are sad to announce the passing of a faithful servant to our Fort Wayne Campus. Dr. Daryl Yost entered the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ this morning, August 21, 2020. He will be missed by all.

STILL MISS YOU—One year ago today, Dr. Wes Gerig received his final reward. Thank you, Dr. Wes for teaching us so much in and outside of the classroom. Our thoughts are with his family today. A scholarship at Taylor was set up during this past year in his honor. We CARE, connect, and celebrate!

THANK YOU!!! Stephanie and Michael give special thanks for those who have stood with us giving your time, talent, and treasure. Thank you to those who have prayed. Final figures have not been calculated, because gifts are still being counted, but it appears we finished the fiscal year strong by exceeding our minimum budget for received funds. We also spent less in order to be wise stewards, especially with COVID-19. Both of these factors allowed us to finish in the black for the 5th consecutive year. We thank God for His provisions through you.

TUESDAY TUNES—Life's journey is not always easy. It has twists, turns, and tumbles (Dr. Wes would be proud). For the past number of years, when your Fort Wayne Alumni Center has heard of the passing of one of your loved ones, we have done our best to send a card with a CD made by Dr. Ken Mays g60 called Words and Songs of Solace. Recently, Ken has asked us to make this available to our Fort Wayne alumni during this COVID19 crisis. Thank you, Ken! We look forward to having you back for Reunion Weekend on September 18 and 19 for your 60th reunion.

PRAYER OF DEDICATION - Some of the members of your Fort Wayne Alumni Council prayed this afternoon for our new space. We plan to move soon, since the WEB is being sold. It is on the main floor of First Missionary Church. We simply are waiting for the remodeling to be done that the church has been doing. We'll keep you posted!

HELP for ALUMNA - As you know we care, connect, and celebrate. Today, I received a call from a person who helps an older alumna, who lives south of Bluffton, IN. She is in need of seasoned firewood to heat her home this winter. She needs about seven or eight pick-up truck loads that this person is willing to stack and take into her home daily. Are you aware of anyone who might have this all or a portion of this available for free or for sale? If yes, please contact us.
