Instead of constantly seeking healing for past wounds, don’t forget to acknowledge the growth and strength you've already gained from overcoming them. Embrace the healed version of yourself, celebrating the resilience that has brought you to this point. By shifting your focus from constant repair to embracing your journey, you empower yourself to live fully in the present and embrace the possibilities of the future.

It’s wild how much “normal” society doesn’t understand ableism.

It’s wild to overhear someone say “they don’t LOOK autistic” “he’s walking fine, he isn’t handicapped” “they are just exaggerating, their pain isn’t THAT Bad, it’s called being lazy”.

You. Don’t. Get. To. Decide. If. A. Person. Is. Handicapped.

And your s**tty take on their ability or nonability is embarrassing 😳

If someone says they have a disability or confides in you about their health issue it probably took a s**t ton of pride and embarrassment to do so.

They probably aren’t lying, lazy, attention seeking or what ever else you fantasized about their disability.

There are enough people in the world being s**tty humans maybe try to not add to that total.
