Nine years ago, Kacee and I began working together with the same dream: to help people move better, feel stronger, and return to the lives they love.

Along the way, Pilates entered our rehabilitation world—and everything changed. We watched people discover strength they didn’t know they had, regain confidence, and accomplish things they once thought were impossible. We experienced that magic ourselves, too.

What began as two colleagues sharing a passion became a friendship, a vision, and eventually Corestar Pilates & Physical Therapy. ⭐

Today, that same dream is at the heart of everything we do: combining our physical therapy backgrounds with Pilates to help each person discover their own strength, write their own comeback story, and reach for the stars.
