PGCPS schools and offices will be closed Friday, January 19. There will be a two-hour delay for emergency personnel.

A decision on Saturday athletics and facilities use is forthcoming.

High School Visual and Performing Arts auditions will be rescheduled for Saturday, February 3.

Todas las escuelas y oficinas estarán cerradas el viernes, 19 de enero. Las audiciones del programa de artes visuales y escénicas de la escuela superior serán reprogramadas para el sábado, 3 de febrero.

For Wednesday, January 17, all schools and offices will open with a two-hour delay. A Code Orange is in effect for all employees. EMERGENCY PERSONNEL must report to work on time and are not eligible for liberal leave.

Additionally, all after school activities and athletics are canceled.

Las escuelas y las oficinas abrirán con dos horas de retraso. Un código naranja está en vigor para todos los empleados. El PERSONAL DE EMERGENCIA se debe reportar a trabajar a tiempo y no puede solicitar licencia liberal.

Todas las actividades extraescolares y deportivas están canceladas.

-There will be no work-study transportation. (Those students should not report to school.)
-There will be no half-day Early Childhood Center (ECC), half-day Special Education Programs, or half-day PreK.
-Any other school program requiring transportation prior to 12 noon will NOT have transportation, including Howard B. Owens Science Center, JA Finance Park, and William S. Schmidt Center (Camp Schmidt)
-All field trips will be canceled.
-Food Services will offer breakfast.
