DIG - Diversified Real Estate Investor Group DIG is the premier Real Estate Investor Association (REIA) in the Philadelphia/Delaware Valley area. Proud Member of National REIA Meetings begin at 6 p.m.

We provide members with the education and needed to get their real estate investing careers on the fast track to success. MONTHLY MEETINGS:
DIG meetings are held the last Thursday of most month at DIG headquarters, The American Legion Post-Ft Washington. for in person networking where members and guests can exchange ideas and deals. During the open forum from 7-7:30 p.m., members have a chance to share an deal, promote a business (vendors), or ask any question. From 7:30-9 p.m., our guest speaker is featured. We have many subgroups that meet during the month in many areas of the tri-state region. Earlier at DIG’s Rehab Tour, members got a behind-the-scenes look at Stuart Udis’ Germantown Avenue project, featuring a restaurant and nine apartments.

It was a great opportunity to see the project up close, hear about the work that went into it, and learn directly from someone who has been through the process.

A big thank you to Stuart for hosting the tour, opening up the property, and sharing his experience with the DIG community.

Imagine paying $1,000 for a repair… only to find out the “finished work” never happened.

That’s exactly what happened to a local investor.

A contractor was hired for repairs, including roof capping. Photos were sent showing the job was complete, the invoice was paid, and everything seemed fine. Until a few days later, when the investor drove by the property.

The work wasn’t done.

The photos used as proof had been altered to make it look like the repair was finished. ( Thank you ChatGpt!).Now put yourself in that situation: your property, your contractor, your $1,000.
