Meet Stephanie, the director of our Tupelo location in Fort Walton Beach! 💛
"Hi! I’m Stephanie, and I’m so excited to begin this new chapter as a Director with Grow With Us! I have been in early childhood education for over 13 years and have spent the last several years as a director. I truly love what I do, and one of my favorite parts of being a director is building relationships with children and their families while also supporting teachers and helping them grow.
Education is also very important to me. I will graduate this December with my Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, and I plan to continue right into my Bachelor’s degree. I believe we should never stop learning and growing—especially when we’re responsible for helping little minds do the same!
Outside of work, my biggest accomplishment will always be being a mom to my three boys. They are my absolute world and definitely keep life interesting! My oldest is serving in the U.S. Army, which makes me one very proud Army mom, and with another son planning to join the Air Force after graduation, it looks like I’ll soon be adding Air Force mom to my résumé too! And then there’s my youngest, Enzo, who keeps me firmly planted in the world of elementary school, big personalities, endless questions, and never having a dull moment.
I chose Grow With Us because I wanted a place where I could continue growing as a leader while still being part of what made me fall in love with early childhood education in the first place—the children, families, and teachers. I’m excited for this new adventure and everything that comes with it!"
