Bought a heafty beef tenderloin from Costco for $146 that produced 19 steaks, 12 cups of Gelatin-rich beef stock that I froze (2 cups each) for beef stock and roughly 2 pounds of beef fat I trimmed away and rendered down into tallow✨ more to come on the tallow process🐄 I’d say it’s well worth the $146 but you tell me🤔🥩

This is my not so little-little brother, Logan Rader💕
Logan graduated from Hargrave Military Academy. He is an exceptional leader, son, brother and man all around. Not a day goes by that we are not proud of him. If you find it in your hearty to donate please understand that the proceeds are not going to Logan. The proceeds raised in this event are to allow students a brighter future via scholarships. Howdy, my gluten goons 🤠🍞

I wanted to hop on here and be transparent for a moment. I’ve been spending some much-needed time with my brothers, and honestly, my body has been wreaking a little havoc on itself lately. Because of that, I’ve been pretty absent.

I don’t want to be defined by my chronic illnesses, but it would also be dishonest not to acknowledge them. Some days and weeks are good, and some are a little tougher. Right now, I’m in one of those tougher seasons and learning how to respect my own boundaries while still chasing the things I love.

When my energy starts making its way back, I promise I’ll be back to taking orders, baking bread, and making content—even if it’s only for the two people who watch it.🥸

To everyone who continues to show Sweetcane (and me) so much love: thank you. Thank you for your patience, your prayers, your kindness, and for supporting my little dream. It means more than I can put into words.

I did use instant yeast because I wanted something quick but still utilized discard I had In the fridge! I made this recipe 3x to give us multiple pizzas! I hope you enjoy like we did!
