We finished our study of España 🇪🇸 by creating our own castañuela instruments and we learned about famous painter Salvador Dalí. Feliz fin de semana!

Estamos de vuelta, we are back! We had an exciting week exploring España 🇪🇸 We learned about the Iberian Lynx and the Castellers who make human towers as tall as 10 stories high!

Water Day 💦 was a blur of splashing and learning about sea slugs and nudibranchs. Did you know a Sea Sheep steals its color from the algae it eats? 💚 camp

Deep Sea Day was a hit! We got to speak to the Nautilus Live research ship and learn about their expedition in the Mariana Trench 🦑 We then made glowing octopus keychains and had lots of fun and games in between!

Sea stars and echinoderms were fun to learn about today! ⭐️We made a hydraulic press to demonstrate the tube feet of sea stars and had a visit from Destin-Fort Walton Beach Little Adventures! 🦀

Our Valiente familia just got back from a week in Costa Rica with Christ For the City International 🇨🇷 Our students and their families got to serve in children’s centers, loving others through song, games, crafts and prayer. Gracias for supporting our mission to love others and serve God together ❤️
