It is officially popcorn 🍿 season!

Come out and support our Cub scouts this Sunday, August 16 at Sam's Club FWB from 10am until 5pm.

What a great way to wrap up our summer! 🎬🍿

Today, Pack 527 gathered at St. Simon's on the Sound for Movie Day, where we enjoyed watching WALL•E together. It was the perfect way to finish an awesome summer of adventures, service, and fun.

A special thank you to Regal Santa Rosa for their incredibly generous donation of real movie theater popcorn! 🍿 It made the day extra special for our Scouts and families, and we truly appreciate your support of our Pack and our community.

We're also excited to celebrate 12 of our Scouts, who have already earned their first award of the new Cub Scout season—the Summertime Fun Elective! 🏅 Congratulations to each of them for staying active and involved all summer long.

Now... who's ready for another year of Scouting adventures? ⚜️

We will be assisting in assembling blessing bags filled with essential hygiene items to help members of our community in need. It's a great opportunity for our Scouts to put the Scout Oath and Law into action through service.

Please note: Our movie night has moved from Suds N Cinema to St. Simon's on the Sound due to an unexpected double booking at the theater. We're grateful to St. Simon's for hosting us and are looking forward to a fun afternoon together!

We hope to see all of our Pack 527 families at these final summer events as we get ready for another amazing year of Cub Scouting!

For $10 per card, you can:

✅ Donate them and we'll distribute them to local families

🔬🦖🌌 SCIENCE DAY = EPIC ADVENTURE! 🌌🦖🔬

Today’s den meeting took our Scouts on a wild journey through the world of science — and they were ALL IN!

🕵️‍♂️ From forensics, solving clues like real investigators…
🦖 To stepping into the shoes of paleontologists, uncovering the past…
🌌 And even exploring the night sky with constellations and the stars above…

Our Scouts were learning, discovering, and having a blast every step of the way! 💥

Curiosity was high, questions were flying, and you could see the excitement as they connected the dots between science and the world around them. This is what Scouting is all about — hands-on learning, big imaginations, and unforgettable experiences.

We might have a few future scientists in the making! 🚀✨

🌎💛 Scouts in Action for Earth Day! 💛🌎
This past Saturday, our Scouts participated in a conservation project to celebrate Earth Day, helping with a beach clean-up alongside our amazing community partners Destin-Fort Walton Beach and Keep Okaloosa Beautiful. ♻️🌊

It was a beautiful day — the perfect opportunity to give back, protect our environment, and make our beaches even more beautiful for everyone to enjoy.
We’re so proud of our Scouts for stepping up, serving their community, and living out the values of stewardship and responsibility. Small actions make a big impact! 🌟🐾
