Admittedly, legitimacy and a solid legal foundation are both essential for a company of our style and are simply paramount. While we operate with only privately-procured funds, we are working on migrating away from the more popular registration service (REDACTED), and moving to a more manual approach to complete our LLC registration. It's come to our attention that the severe nature of our current brokerage balance is well below the PDT requirement/recommendation for day-trading in the United States. However, we are still within our right to bolster and work our account (s) to match and exceed the $25,000 required. By definition, Hedge Frontier is currently a prop trading firm without a certified broker in the state of FL; I do plan on testing for my SIE board certification next calendar year, so that we can operate under an additional layer of legitimacy....

Understandably, we must make one thing clear to the public:

We are NOT a fully-registered Prop Shop at the moment!
We are not actively engaged in any shared/mutual investments, as we are not legally able to until we reach our minimum goal of $25,000 above the PDT rule. Our LLC's registration in the state of Florida is still being processed, and a certificate of authenticity will be provided on our site once we have ownership of the document.

Our investments (and trading within our Discord community mainly) is our own personal plays in the meantime. In addition to this, all images and licensed media will be provided on our site, as well as our social media accounts very soon. WE ARE NOT PUBLICLY TRADING CLIENT OR COMMUNITY FUNDS AT THIS TIME.

Patience is key, and we're excited about our future. However, legal concerns are only concerns as long as we "claim" much more than what our firm is capable of handling, so we're going to continue to grow our community: but no longer claim our ability to handle external funds. That is for much later in our development.
