Now we are at a point where action must take place. I plaedge to all my alumni that we donate to the athletic program which will help boost quality enrollment that will boost our University. If we can get one thousand alumni to pay $65 a year to the athletic fund that will help cover the cost of scholarships to recruit effectively. People want to be associated with winners. I pledge my $65 on Feb 1. So that should he enough time for people to get behind it. When you donote the money please earmark it for athletics.

Now that there's been over 500 likes. Now we can use this page to promote positive impact on The Fort Valley State University. There have been a lot of suggestions. The BOTTOM LINE is that until we raise significant amount of money as alumni then our beloved institution will be lead by others who don't have vested interest in FVSU. It has been suggested we hire a marketing firm to raise the money which would be separate from the school. A trust fund has been suggested to earmark where the funds would go w/o admin control. I love my institution and which ever way WE see fit is fine by me as long as we do something. .....Dah!

This is serious Wildcats. They are already in the process of "merging" UGA with us because we are the largest land grant institution in Georgia. We need Positive strategies and follow through with them.
