It’s TrojanFest Saturday! Great seeing CTSOs represented at this awesome community event. Mrs. Riley and FBLA students were manning the Trojan Trading Post selling all sorts of Trojan Swag. At the Georgia Vocational Agriculture Teachers Association Summer Conference, our ag teachers spent the week learning, connecting with other ag teachers from across the state, and picking up fresh ideas to bring back to their classrooms. We’re excited to see all the great things they’ll continue to do for our students and programs this year!

Please join us in congratulating Luz Morales on being named the GVATA Outstanding Early Career Teacher!

This prestigious award, aligned with the National Association of Agricultural Educators (NAAE), recognizes agricultural educators in their first five to eight years of teaching who have demonstrated excellence in classroom instruction, innovative program development, and a strong commitment to student success and agricultural education.

Luz’s passion for teaching, dedication to her students, and continued growth in agricultural education truly set her apart. We are incredibly proud to have her as part of our Peach County team!

Her application will now advance to the NAAE Region V level for further judging, with the opportunity to move on to the national level.
