The new Hunt Elementary School was first occupied at the end of the 2009-2010 school year with Dr. Banter as principal. August 2022 begins our thirteenth complete school year at this new location on US Highway 341, Fort Valley, GA in Peach County with Mrs. Heather Carr as Assistant Principal/Instructional Facilitator. We currently have approximately 700 students from grades Pre-Kindergarten to Fifth Grade learning and growing at our school.

We are excited to welcome Mr. Mays as our new School Resource Officer (SRO). We look forward to the positive relationships he will build with our students, staff, and families while helping support a safe, welcoming, and positive school environment.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing parents and families for trusting us with your children and for helping make this morning's drop-off a success. Your partnership means the world to us.

To our dedicated teachers and staff—thank you for the countless hours of preparation, the warm smiles, and the care you show each day. You are the heart of our school, and you help make every day a great day for our students.
