4. Student Outcome Progress Monitoring: Goal 1- The percentage of students in grade 10 ELA that are Proficient (level 3) and Advanced (level 4) on the ND A+ Summative Assessment will increase from 15% in August on 2025 to 40% in August 2030. (August 2027-25%)
a. Goal Progress Measure 1.1 The percentage of students in grades 9 & 10 ELA that are Proficient (level 3) on the ND A+ Interim Assessment will increase from 0% in May 2025 to 25% in May 2030. (May 2027: 10%)
b. Goal Progress Measure 3.2 The percentage of students in grade 9 & 10 meeting competency on 1/3 or more of the Grade Level ELA Standards in NAVVY will increase from 15% in May 2025 to 30% in May 2030. (May 2027: 21%)
