White Coat Ceremony Recap 🌟

Since 2017, approximately 1,600 ARCOM Student Doctors have participated in the ceremony, and seven ACHE DPT classes have participated in the ceremony since 2021, with approximately 290 DPT students receiving their white coats since the tradition began. Big news for research at ACHE! 🌟

The ACHE Research Institute has received a $3.3 million grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to study why people can experience different health and weight-loss outcomes from exercise.

Led by Kyle Flack, PhD, RD, the clinical trial will examine why people respond differently to exercise, with the goal of helping researchers better understand how exercise can be tailored to improve individual health outcomes.

Arkansas Colleges of Health Education was honored to serve as the location sponsor for the inaugural 188th Wing Air Force Ball.

During the evening, ACHE was presented with two American flags in recognition of our support. One was flown on September 3, 2026, during an active MQ-9 combat mission sortie. The second was flown on August 31, 2026, aboard SNARL 01, an F-35A (22-3504). We are deeply grateful for this meaningful recognition and incredibly proud of our relationship with the 188th Wing and the men and women who serve our nation.

ACHE is honored to support our military community and the important mission of the 188th Wing.

Their conversation focused on ACHE’s impact across the region, healthcare workforce needs, and opportunities to strengthen communities across Arkansas.
