Leadership doesn’t stop at the edge of an organization—or at the border.

Tomorrow, DEL Program Director Dr. Travis Kaufman DMSc, APA-C, FIBODM will virtually join the 3rd CRA Disaster & Emergency Management Conference in Bangkok, Thailand, presenting “When the Healthcare System Becomes the Battlefield: Lessons from Ukraine.”

Drawing from five medical missions to Ukraine, Dr. Kaufman will share lessons on healthcare system resilience, medical infrastructure, casualty evacuation, and the leadership challenges created when prolonged conflict disrupts the systems communities depend on most.

This is leadership informed by experience, strengthened by evidence, and applied to complex challenges that extend far beyond the classroom.
