In partnership with World Extreme Medicine | B Corp Certified, the The WEM Fund (WEMF), and the NATO Centre of Excellence for Military Medicine, this exercise brought together military medical professionals, clinicians, educators, and operational leaders from more than 31 Allied and Partner nations.
At ACHE, we believe leadership education extends beyond the classroom.
The exchange of knowledge among Allied and Partner nations is critical to saving lives, improving readiness, and strengthening our collective ability to respond to future crises.

Doctor of Executive Leadership (DEL) program is proud to support Exercise Vigorous Warrior 2026 in Estonia through a collaborative workshop focused on contemporary lessons shaping military medicine and healthcare leadership.
In partnership with World Extreme Medicine | B Corp Certified, The WEM Fund (WEMF), and the NATO Centre of Excellence for Military Medicine the workshop will explore:
• Prolonged Casualty Care
• Drone Warfare and Emerging Injury Patterns
• Trauma Stabilization Points
• Human Factors and Decision-Making Under Pressure
• Leadership in Complex and Resource-Constrained Environments
As healthcare leaders face increasingly complex operational, disaster, and humanitarian challenges, understanding lessons learned from real-world events is critical to improving readiness, resilience, and organizational effectiveness.
The DEL program is committed to developing leaders who can navigate uncertainty, lead multidisciplinary teams, and make informed decisions when the stakes are highest.
We are honored to contribute to this important international dialogue alongside military, civilian, and global health professionals from across NATO and partner nations.
