New rules/statutes were passed for family child care programs. Below is a summary of some of the new rules. This could very possibly mean that my playset/outdoor play area is no longer usable. Also, significantly increased paperwork for ridiculous items (written notification of pets in the home, permission forms to apply sunscreen, ice packs, daily hour/minute attendance tracking, etc). This might potentially result in a large number of in home providers leaving the field and increasing the childcare crisis in MN
