Parents/Guardians - By now, you should either be registered in ParentSquare or have received an email directing you to register your account. It is very important that you check that email and follow the instructions. If you did not receive the email or the test emergency notification please contact the district office at 419-375-4139.

From now on, you’ll receive district, school, and classroom updates in ParentSquare—right where you can easily access everything from your phone or computer. This includes any sort of emergency notification such as school delays and cancellations. If you did not receive the alert test text message or ParentSquare invitation, please reach out to the district office.

Fort Recovery Local Schools is looking for a dedicated building aide to begin immediately for the 2026-27 school year. This is a 184-day classified position with pay and benefits set per the district salary schedule. Duties include various building aide needs, helping students, working in the cafeteria, and other related duties. Daily hours would be approx. 8:30am-3:30pm. Interested candidates should provide a brief resume, cover letter, and a classified employee application (located on the district website) to Mrs. Lindsey Reinhard ([email protected]). Additionally, if you would like more information or have questions about the position, please reach out. Deadline to apply is August 3, 2026

Welcome to our band director -Mr Logan Klump! There will be a “Meet the director meeting on Wednesday, July 15th at 7 pm in the HS Commons. All band students 5-12, parents and community members are invited! Hope to see you there! Please share!

Hello, my name is Logan Klump, and I am the new band director and music teacher here at Fort Recovery. This will be my fourth-year teaching, and my primary instrument is the trombone. I’ve directed multiple performing ensembles including marching band, MS & HS concert band, basketball band, and I also play in my local community & jazz bands.

I graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Music degree, and was a proud member of The Marching 110 during my time in college. Outside of teaching I enjoy spending time with friends and family, as well as playing disc golf in the local parks.

My experience as an educator has influenced my teaching philosophy greatly. I believe in empowering young musicians to find success not only in music and the classroom, but in all aspects of their lives as well. I always enjoy seeing students improve their skills, especially when something “clicks” and they understand a concept they are working on. Music has been such a major part of my life, and I cannot wait to share the world of music with the students at Fort Recovery!
