LEAPers Club

LEAPers Club LEAP is a first year experience program that provides supportive services to first year college students.

The LEAPers Club is the social leg of the LEAP Program. At LEAP, we focus more on academic success by providing guidance in all areas of student's educational life at IRSC. Our aim is not only to find ways to minimize barriers that hinder retention, persistence and completion but also to arm students with a set of powerful skills that will be useful way after they leave their home at IRSC. Pers Club, on the other hand, is where students get a chance to let loose, network and just have fun...really explore and enjoy the many activities we have on campus. I'm Jenny, LEAP Program Coordinator and LEAPers Club Advisor. We have 3 excellent co-advisors, Sandra Cendejas Zavala, Betty Guillen Madrigal and Jeri Ewing.
