We are proud to recognize Mr. Damian Perez as our Roots of Inspiration, and Teacher of the Quarter, for Quarter One!

In his hands-on science classroom and photography class, Mr. Perez sparks curiosity and helps students discover new talents. His care and commitment reach far beyond the classroom, too. From supporting faculty and athletics to capturing special moments around campus, he is always willing to step in and serve wherever he is needed.

Mr. Perez’s enthusiasm, flexibility, and generosity make a meaningful difference at the Academy.

Last week, our seventh and eighth grade students enjoyed a wonderful day kayaking on the Indian River Lagoon! They spent time outdoors, enjoyed being on the water together, and had the opportunity to appreciate this special part of the Treasure Coast. We’re grateful for experiences like these that help our students connect with one another and enjoy the natural beauty of our local lagoon. 🛶🌿🌊

National Episcopal Schools Week is off to a meaningful start in Middle School!

Students watched an inspiring video message and prayer from Bishop Holcomb of the Central Florida Episcopal Diocese. They then participated in a mini-symposium centered on Micah 6:8, reflecting on what it means to act justly, love kindness, and walk humbly with God.

As they carry these lessons beyond the classroom, our students are challenged to move through the world with purposeful intention: showing kindness, compassion, and humility to those around them each day.

🐾 Blessing of the Animals 🐾

On Monday, Canon Ellis and Canon Donaldson blessed more than 50 beloved pets during afternoon car line in celebration of St. Francis of Assisi and Episcopal Schools Week! 🐶🐱💛

Our 4 Paws Sake Club helped pass out treats, pup cups, and pet swag bags generously donated by the Veterinary Medical Center of Indian River County. Students joined the celebration by wearing animal-themed attire and cozy pajamas throughout the day!

What a joyful way to celebrate our Episcopal identity, our love for animals, and our call to care for all of God’s creation. 🐾✝️

🎀 St. Andrew’s Goes Pink! 🎀

Our students and staff filled the campus with pink today in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💗

Throughout October, our students will participate in designated pink dress-down days to help raise awareness and support Friends in Pink, a local organization that assists individuals in our community who are uninsured or underinsured.

We are grateful to our students and families for joining us in supporting such an important cause and helping make a difference right here in our community. 💗🦁💙

St. Andrew’s was honored to partner with Pursuit Boats in celebration of their 50th anniversary. As part of this special milestone, Pursuit Boats presented an incredible drone light show over the Indian River Lagoon, with St. Andrew’s field serving as the launch and landing site for the drones.

We are incredibly grateful to be part of such an amazing community and were proud to work alongside our neighbors to help make this event possible. It is a blessing to be able to use our campus and resources in ways that serve our community and bring people together.

We loved seeing our community gather along the waterfront to celebrate 50 years of innovation, craftsmanship, and local impact with the Pursuit family.

Our Early Childhood classes recently completed their Chicka Chicka Boom Boom unit with a scavenger hunt and coconut drop!

They also explored a coconut just like the one from the coconut tree in the story. Using their five senses, they listened to the coconut water inside, made predictions, compared the smells of the inside and outside, and even tasted the coconut water! 🥥🌴

What a fun, hands-on way to bring a favorite story to life!
