Learning Comes to Life in A&P!

Ms. Reeves’ Anatomy & Physiology class took learning outside today! Students used their own bodies to create life-sized chalk outlines and then put their knowledge to work by labeling the different parts and structures of the human body.

It’s one thing to learn anatomy from a textbook, but getting outside, working together, and applying what they’re learning makes the lesson that much more memorable.

We love seeing our ICA students learning through hands-on experiences!

🏐 HISTORY WAS MADE TONIGHT AT ICA! 🇺🇸

Congratulations to our ICA Girls Volleyball Team on bringing home a BIG WIN in their first-ever HOME game in our brand-new gymnasium!

What an incredible milestone for ICA Athletics and our school family. We are so proud of these girls for the hard work, determination, and heart they showed on the court tonight!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to pack the gym, cheer on our Lady Anglers, and make this historic first home game one to remember!

What did you do this summer? Our ICA FFA Chapter went to its FIRST Florida FFA State Convention!
This was a huge milestone for our brand-new chapter and an incredible opportunity for our students to experience FFA at the state level. Our chapter delegates, Cynthia and Desiree, even had the unique opportunity to participate in the official delegate process, casting their votes for the new Florida FFA State Officers!
ICA was also recognized as a new FFA chapter, making this first trip to State Convention even more special.
But State Convention is about so much more than a week away from home. Our students participated in leadership development, explored careers in agriculture, connected with FFA members from across Florida, and gained confidence, independence, and valuable life skills.
They were challenged to step outside of their comfort zones, work as a team, set goals, and see just how many opportunities exist within agriculture and FFA.
Most importantly, they came home with new experiences, great memories, and an even stronger excitement for what we are building right here at ICA.
Our FFA chapter may be new, but we are just getting started! We can't wait to see where these Anglers go next.

🏐 LADY ANGLERS START THE SEASON WITH A WIN! 🏐

What a way to kick off the season! Our Lady Anglers brought home a WIN in their very first game of the season!

With the team just finalized on Friday and their first game today, these girls stepped onto the court ready to compete and made ICA proud!

Way to start the season, Lady Anglers! We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see what this season brings!
