Helia's Belly Dance Since 2010, Helia has offered classes and performances at multiple locations on the Treasure Coast. Add the fun of dancing. Tamalyn Dalla

This internationally acclaimed dance artist and Master Teacher favors a holistic somatic approach, with the goal of promoting a state of global health/joy. Helia offers classes at several locations on the Treasure Coast of Florida, for women of all shapes and figures. The styles of Belly Dance that inspire Helia take origin in the Mediterranean, North African and Middle Eastern dances, Raks Sharki and Beledy; her two most influential teachers were Egyptian and Lebanese. Although she is very attached to the beauty of the moves, her classes aim at personal growth and global health, through developing a strong mind/body/spirit/environment connection. She deeply cares about her students and respects them equally, regardless to their dancing abilities. Helia also offers belly dance performances for all kind of events (except bachelor parties!)

"Start with a healthy aerobic workout. Spice things up with exotic music, the twirl of silk, and the rhythmic clapping of finger cymbals. Top it off with a path to rediscovering one's feminine nature and creative spirit, and you have Belly Dancing (...) Many women find belly dancing the most enjoyable way to get in shape while simultaneously getting in touch with their bodies and tapping their spirituality."

Thrilled to announce that I have the pleasure and great honor to be the first Dance Teacher to offer classes at the Art Lab of The Peacock House Art Foundation!!!
Such an inspiring space... I mean, look at that decor! Here, I'm shaking hands with Krystal, the director of the Lab, right after we signed the agreement.
It brings me much joy to finally teach again Downtown Fort Pierce, my home town, after 20 months of looking for the appropriate space. This is it! I already feel like I belong!💖
