FLOW + GLOW ✨🧘‍♀️

What an incredible morning at Big City Kids! 💛

From yoga and movement to mini massages, facials, stretching, sweet treats, giveaways, and so much more, this event was the perfect reminder that moms deserve a little time to recharge too.

One of the most special parts of the day was watching moms connect, laugh, move their bodies, and fill their cups while their little ones played nearby. Creating opportunities for families to build community while prioritizing wellness is exactly why we started Mommy & Me Yoga Club.

A huge thank you to Big City Kids and all of our amazing vendors and sponsors who helped make this event such a memorable experience. The love, support, and positive energy in the room were truly unmatched.

Now that’s our kind of glow.

What’s six months of growth looks like … 🩷

We’ve built a community of incredible moms, hosted classes and events across Southwest Florida, partnered with amazing local businesses, welcomed hundreds of families, reached 2,000 followers, and made giving back a part of everything we do.

What started as a dream has grown into so much more than yoga…it’s become friendships, support, movement, laughter, and a place where moms and little ones can belong.

We’re so excited for our upcoming Prenatal Yoga + Sound Bath experience at The Pilates Pearl. This event was designed to give expecting moms a chance to slow down, connect with their bodies, and feel cared for during such a special season of life. 🤍

The yoga flow, sound bath, complimentary massages, gifts, and cozy boutique setting all came together with one goal in mind: creating a beautiful experience for our mamas.
