The annual Upper School Club Fair gave students a chance to explore the many ways to get involved at Canterbury! Third grade is celebrating in storybook style! 🫖📚✨

After exploring classic tales in their first unit of the new reading curriculum, our third graders wrapped up their learning with a special tea party inspired by The Wind in the Willows. Much like the picnic in the story, students gathered to enjoy treats, spend time with friends, and celebrate all they discovered along the way.

It’s not just about how you perform - it’s about how you think. 🧠

Middle School students spent time exploring The Psychology of Performance with Eric Stevenson, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant, during his visit on September 14.

A former college athlete, Stevenson shared his firsthand perspective on pressure, fear of failure, and confidence, while giving students practical tools to manage anxiety, anger, confidence, and motivation in performance situations.

Whether in athletics, academics, or everyday life, mindset matters. Our students left with strategies to help them navigate pressure, build confidence, and find greater enjoyment in the things they do. 💙🐾

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to meet with the amazing Create To Educate, Inc. group from The Canterbury School of Fort Myers, and we are so excited to begin this wonderful new partnership!

It is always inspiring to see students and young leaders who are passionate about giving back and making a difference in their community. Create to Educate is looking for ways to get involved and help support students across Lee County, and we are thrilled to work together to turn that passion into impact! 💙

We are so grateful to have groups like Create to Educate stepping up, getting involved, and finding meaningful ways to support the students of Lee County. We can’t wait to see what we accomplish together! 🎓🙌

🎓 Exploring What’s Next!

What’s next after Canterbury? Our Upper School students had plenty of possibilities to explore during our College Fair!

The Murphy Sports Center was buzzing with representatives from more than 50 colleges and universities, giving students the chance to ask questions, learn about academic programs and campus life, and discover schools from Florida and across the country.

From making new connections to learning about colleges they may not have previously considered, our Cougars took an exciting step toward exploring what comes next. 💙

🎶🕺 Learning is always an adventure in Pre-K4! Our youngest Cougars have been having a blast in their classrooms while learning through music, movement, and hands-on activities.

From singing favorite nursery rhymes and dancing to learning which finger is which, our Pre-K4 students are building important skills in creative and playful ways. They’re also recognizing letters and practicing their sounds through engaging activities that make learning feel like fun! 🔤✨
