Two incredible days of momentum, connection, and high-impact strategy in the books!

Our Central leadership team just wrapped up a powerful two-day session with the FranklinCovey team, diving deep into the Speed of Trust framework and sharpening our Wildly Important Goals (WIGs).

When high trust meets crystal-clear focus, ex*****on accelerates. These two days were a masterclass in collaboration, honest dialogue, and intentional planning.

Highlights from our time together:
⭐ Accelerating Trust: Strengthening the foundational culture that allows our team to move fast, innovate, and support one another seamlessly.
⭐ Sharpening Focus: Narrowing our strategy down to the vital few WIGs that will drive real, measurable progress.
