This form, the Heaven and Earth Cycle, was created by Chang San Fong, the creator of Tai Chi. It encompasses all the principles of Taoist theory. We have graduated to Qigong. Our certified Qigong instructor is Kevin Sheehan. I still teach Bagua and we work together. They go hand in hand. We both know and use Tai Chi in our meditation and combat. The Qigong meditation and exercises are what I was looking for to complete the internal journey Bagua and Tai Chi had taken me on.

We've been progressing with Chi Kung 2. My student who worked in China for 20 years is determined to learn. He speaks of going to the park to witness 1000 people doing Tai Chi. Next class is tomorrow , Thursday, March 10, at 2:30, Lions Park.

Chi flows along the nervous system, which follows the same path of major arteries, veins. It's "vital principle" is electricity, as blood is the "vital principle" of the circulatory system.

I used to think Chi was metaphysical baloney. I'm a true believer now. I not only believe, I know it as a fact. I've seen, felt, experienced it working, calming a screaming child, and making an opponent suddenly weak when you steal their Chi and they verbally complain.
