Yesterday we attended Doug Matthew’s Celebration of Life. Doug was a favorite in our Sit and Be Fit exercise classes! I loved how he would just figure it out when an exercise was tough. Like sliding a chair forward for balance when we did walking drills! When Joe had a good riddle for us, Doug always knew the answer first! Our class cheered him on at every turn. It’s students, people like Doug that I’m so grateful for. He made me a better trainer for sure. Thanks for the memories, Doug!!
