The Florida Gulf Coast University College of Arts and Sciences Department of Chemistry and Physics Welcome to the Department of Chemistry and Physics.
The Department offers a both a major and minor in Chemistry and a minor in Physics. We offer many courses that complement other majors such as Biology, Business, Engineering and Education. Our majors enjoy very close contact with their professors, working with them to explore areas of common interest, participating in student research projects in Chemistry, and then taking the next step in their career with a solid foundation.
