Florida Gulf Coast University Philosophy Club The purpose of Philosophy Club is to encourage critical thinking in a
philosophical approach.

We will conduct meetings in order to enlighten
ourselves and enrich our education to a further extent. This is done by
topical conversations that have philosophical undertones. These meetings are open to all students in the university.

Next week the Philosophy Club and are proud to welcome Dr. José Jorge Mendoza! He will be spending several days with us and in the process will give two amazing lectures. On Wednesday he will present his talk "American Whiteness" and on Thursday he will present "Crimmigration: Why We Need a Minimal Set of Immigrant Rights."
