Designed for ages 8 and up, this hands-on class helps young artists build confidence while learning exciting new techniques and creating projects they'll be proud to take home.

If your child has ever looked up at an airplane and wondered "How does it fly?"—this class is for them!

Our 6-week Aviation Exploration Course is taught by pilot Jeff Passantino at the EAA Hangar at Page Field Airport. Students will dive into the world of aviation through hands-on experiments, real aircraft observation, weather studies, navigation, aviation history, and more. Each student also creates their own Flight Logbook to document their journey, just like a real pilot.

• Ages 6–10: Thursdays, August 13 – September 17
• Ages 11+: Tuesdays, August 11 – September 15

For families looking for an unforgettable experience, an optional Discovery Flight gives students the opportunity to take a supervised introductory flight with their instructor and see aviation from the pilot's seat.

Looking for a creative class that teaches a timeless skill while building patience, focus, and confidence? Our 6-Week Hand Embroidery Course is the perfect place to start!

Designed for beginners, students will learn beautiful hand embroidery techniques through fun, hands-on projects. Each week they'll build new skills, create unique designs, and finish the course with several embroidered pieces they can proudly take home.

🌸 Students will learn:
🪡 How to set up an embroidery hoop
🧵 Safe needle threading and embroidery basics
✨ Running stitch, backstitch, satin stitch, seed stitch
🌼 French knots, stem stitch, chain stitch, and more
🎨 How to transfer designs onto fabric
🖼️ How to finish and display their creations

By the end of the session, students will have completed multiple projects—including a functional embroidered keepsake—and a final showcase piece!

Join us for a 6-week hands-on baking adventure where young chefs will discover the flavors, traditions, and science behind some of the world's most beloved baked treats!

In The Flavor Lab: Global Baking, students will travel across the globe through baking while learning essential kitchen skills, baking science, and the cultural stories behind every recipe. From airy Japanese creations to rich Austrian chocolate desserts, each week brings a new country, new techniques, and delicious new discoveries.
