We will move, breathe and just be together under the mango trees - open to ALL LEVELS, crying or just doing child’s pose for most of class is welcome.

December can sometimes feel very blue and overwhelming. Shift your focus for a few mins to what it would look like and feel like if things worked out. Notice what else shifts.
