💎🌸🧘‍♀️ Celebrating Self-Discovery at Gemstones in the Making 💎🌸🧘‍♀️

We are thrilled to share the incredible success of the second Be Bold, Be Brave, Be You yoga and mindfulness workshop series hosted at Rigual Space today. The atmosphere was buzzing with positivity, as participants delved into the theme of "Know Your Carat, Cut, and Clarity."

The workshop focused on the importance of self-understanding and self-love, encouraging attendees to embrace their strengths and weaknesses, and to recognize their own worth. We firmly believe that self-understanding is the first step toward personal growth and resilience.

The session commenced with an engaging and insightful group discussion, offering a safe space for participants to share their experiences and gain valuable insights into handling emotions and changing behaviors for self-improvement. It was truly inspiring to witness the open and supportive environment that was fostered throughout the discussion.

Following the enlightening discussion, the group embarked on a unique and immersive activity led by the talented Leslie Bazile. In the "Glow and Flow" session, participants painted themselves with symbolic colors reflecting their journey of self-discovery, further enhancing the connection between the mind, body, and soul. This artistic expression allowed for a deeper understanding and acceptance of oneself.

We would like to extend a heartfelt appreciation to Erin, Marjorie, and Sherline for their incredible support and dedication in empowering the young women who attended the workshop. Their guidance and expertise contributed immensely to the success of the event, and we are extremely grateful for their presence.

This workshop series has been made possible by a generous grant from the Rotary Club of Ft Myers!

💎 Celebrating our first day of the BE BOLD, be brave BE you Yoga workshop series for teen girls! 🎉 Today was all about setting our foundation and exploring the power of mindfulness. We dove into techniques like focusing, quieting, seeing, reframing, caring, and connecting, which help us become less reactive and more aware of what’s happening within and around us.

We started the day with a magical 15-minute yoga and meditation practice, allowing us to center ourselves and find inner peace. ✨🧘‍♀️ The energy in the room was incredible!

And that’s not all! We introduced journaling as a tool for self-expression and reflection, giving each of us a chance to explore our thoughts and feelings. 📝✉️ Plus, we indulged in some beautiful poetry that sparked inspiration and creativity. 📚💫

We are beyond excited to continue this transformative journey of self-discovery, and we want YOU to join us too! 🌟🙌 Our next workshop is scheduled for Saturday, January 27th at 10 am. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to grow, learn, and connect with other incredible teens.💎
