I think every parent with a new baby can relate to this at some point. Those late night (early morning) feeds and diaper changes are H A R D! What’s something you’ve done to make the nights flow a little smoother?

The introduction of the bottle doesn’t have to end your breastfeeding journey! It is ideal to avoid bottles in the early 3-4 weeks if you goal is to primarily nurse from the breast; mainly so that your baby can establish a solid latch, and pull in + regulate your supply. Everyone starts bottles at a different time, for different reasons. It’s only fair to point out that while starting too early and not PACE feeding can negatively interfere with breastfeeding, waiting too long to start bottles can have its challenges too, as the baby may not want to take a bottle. At the end of the day, bottles are a reality for many families at some point, so when it comes time to incorporate them, PACED bottle feeding is the way to go! Did you know about , or is this your first time learning about it? Share with a friend 🤗
