September is Su***de Prevention Awareness month. We want to create a safe space for all FSW students to share their feelings and experiences in a judgement free zone because YOU matter. We hear you and we are here for you. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.

Results! The group vision board from todays meeting with a little 80s background 😁 During our next meeting we will have a new advisor since today was Robert’s last day. We hope to see new faces! Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday July 13, 2022.

Hello everyone! Happy summer. Active Minds will still be going on throughout this semester, and our first meeting will be held on Wednesday May 18th. Join us in planning fun events and helping to create awareness for mental health! Reminders for this meeting will be posted, and make sure to check the FSW events calendar! I hope everyone had a LOVELY spring break and you settle nicely back into your normal routine :) In a few weeks, Active Minds is planning an awesome event that I hope gains a lot of participation! Active Minds is Having a Bake Sale today at 12! We will be in front of the cafeteria. Selling brownies, cookies, and lemonade 50 cents each! Come stop by and learn about Active Minds and sign our petitions!

Join us tomorrow in Q128 for the first meeting of the semester. We’ll be talking about our plans and brainstorming ways we can continue outreach of mental health on ALL FSW Campuses.

Active Minds Spirit Week will be held Nov 1-5th with a series of fun and open-mindful events that will celebrate awareness but also be able to teach others as well. We hope you all can come out to any of the events, and look forward to seeing you all there! 🎉
