🎓 Graduation Pictures 🎓

Congratulations to the United Methodist Preschool Class of 2022!! It’s graduation day!! 🎓 We had a great last day of school today!! 😀

The clothes study would not be complete without tie-dying shirts!! The kiddos loved designing their own shirts! 😀

The kiddos got a chance to design their own clothes!! Their imagination and creative continue to grow day by day❤️

We have been busy little bakers! This week the kiddos got to make soft pretzels! They measured, mixed and formed the pretzels. There were mixed reviews on the results but they all enjoyed the process🥨

We have learned so much through the clothing study! The kids have learned to design, sew and weave! Everyone got an opportunity to weave a design on their own loom. It was hard work but so worth it!

Learning poetry is hard work!! The kiddos got a chance to illustrate their own version of the clothing poem. 🧢🧤👗👖👕

Question of the day…What colors mix together to make green? The kiddos all had a chance to share their ideas and then got to experiment. First they mixed the colors they originally thought made green and continued until they discovered that yellow and blue make green. They enjoyed mixing all of the colors and created some beautiful artwork along the way!! 🎨🖌

Today’s science was a STEM activity in which the kiddos had to design methods to keep the bears 🐻 from falling into the lava! It was fun to see their imaginations blossom and their designs.

Let’s sew! Part of our clothing study is talking about how close are made. One of our vocab words for the day was sewing machine. We talked about how close are made with a sewing machine, and other waste clothes can be made. The kiddos got a chance to practice sewing today with shirt and button lacers.  They learned about the tools that are needed to sew, thread and needle.
