Our kitchen managers and Director learned so much at the CSNA Conference so we can stay up to date on our all food trends and regulations so we can keep our students tummies full. Thank you for all the rest of the team that stayed back to operate the summer meal program. Don't forget to come pick up food for your children were open Monday- Friday until July 31st. See the flyer for our sites.
We also have the 5day meal box for the week between the summer program ending and school starting. Please sign up by July 10th to ensure we have enough product to build these.

Online Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year is Now Open! Please log in to the Parent Portal to complete your child’s online registration. Registration for the 2026–2027 school year must be completed online for all students. If you do not have your username or need assistance resetting your password, please contact the school district office at 970-867-5633.

Pioneer Summer Meal Program Update:
While they are doing road work on SouthRidge Rd we will be in the bus drop off lane in front of the school to pick up meals at Pioneer Elementary.

Effective Immediately the summer meal program will be changing. We will no longer be at Glenn Miller Park 414 Main Street Fort Morgan CO 80701 until further notice.
Instead please come to Sherman School at 300 Sherman Street Fort Morgan CO 80701 we will be there from 11:45am until 12:45pm OR Lincoln High School 230 Walnut Street Fort Morgan CO 80701 we will be there from 12:15 until 1pm.

Just a reminder our summer meal program started Monday and will run Monday-Friday until July 31st. We will be closed July 3rd.

Check out the flyer on the school website for places and times to pick up for your children.

Children do NOT have to attend our school district to get meals.

If you pick up at Riverside park we may be running late depending on the road construction.

If you want to pick up from a certain location please be timely they are traveling to other locations and have to get there to provide for other children as well.

If you are picking up for multiple children at a time bringing a bag or box might be helpful for you as well as us. Especially on Fridays as we will have meals for the weekend available as well.

Since it is the last day of school don't forget we will have all of these options to support you for food through the next 8 weeks. Reminder- the Summer Meal Program is just for children 0-18 but they don't have to live in Fort Morgan or go to our school district to participate.
We will be taking reservations for the 5 Day Box (which is for the week between the Summer Meal Program Ending and School Starting August 3-7th) Thru July 10th.

Notice of Intent to Destroy Special Educational Records

Per Morgan County School District RE-3 policy, special education records are retained for five
(5) years after special education services have ended for a student. Special education services
end when a student is no longer eligible for services, graduates from the district, completes
his/hers educational program at age 21 or moves from the district. This notice is to inform
parents, guardians, and former students of the district’s intent to destroy special education
records of students whose services ended on or before June 30, 2019. These records are no
longer needed to provide educational services and thus, they will be destroyed by shredding on
June 15, 2026. You have the right to review or obtain the records prior to their destruction. If
you wish to review or pick up the records, you may do so by contacting the Special Services
Department at 970 867 5633 no later than the close of business on June 10, 2026.
