🏗️ Exciting Changes & Summer Updates at Pioneer Elementary! 🏗️
Pioneer Families, we have some incredible news! The District and the Morgan County School Board have worked hard to support a brand-new, secure entryway for our school.
Why is this a big deal?
Currently, our office doesn't have a direct line of sight to visitors, and once a guest is buzzed in, they have immediate access to our hallways, cafeteria, and southern classrooms. This new construction will create a highly secure, modern entry point to keep our students and staff safe. We are incredibly grateful for this investment in Pioneer! ☀️ Summer Office Hours & Access Info:
Because of this construction, our usual main entrance will be completely inaccessible during June and July. Please note the following changes:
Office Closure: The Pioneer office will be physically closed from June 11th through July 24th.
Need an appointment? If you need to reach us during the closure, please call (970) 867-2080 and leave a message. We will check messages regularly and return your call within a few business days.
Visiting the building? If you make an appointment and visit the school this summer, please use the northeast or northwest doors (marked with stars on the attached map). Once you arrive at those doors, please call the phone number listed on the door sign, and someone will come to let you in.

🏗️ ¡Cambios emocionantes y novedades de verano en Pioneer Elementary! 🏗️
¡Familias de Pioneer, tenemos noticias increíbles! El Distrito y la Junta Escolar del Condado de Morgan han trabajado arduamente para hacer posible una entrada totalmente nueva y segura para nuestra escuela.
¿Por qué es esto tan importante?
Actualmente, nuestra oficina no tiene una línea de visión directa hacia los visitantes y, una vez que se le da acceso a un invitado, este tiene acceso inmediato a nuestros pasillos, la cafetería y las aulas del sector sur. Esta nueva construcción creará un punto de entrada moderno y altamente seguro para mantener a salvo a nuestros estudiantes y personal. ¡Estamos increíblemente agradecidos por esta inversión en Pioneer! ¡Deslicen las fotos de abajo para ver un adelanto de cómo lucirá el proyecto terminado! 📸✨
☀️ Horario de oficina y acceso durante el verano:
Debido a esta construcción, nuestra entrada principal habitual estará completamente inaccesible durante los meses de junio y julio. Por favor, tomen nota de los siguientes cambios:
Cierre de la oficina: La oficina de Pioneer permanecerá físicamente cerrada desde el 11 de junio hasta el 24 de julio.
¿Necesitan una cita? Si necesitan comunicarse con nosotros durante el cierre, por favor llamen al (970) 867-2080 y dejen un mensaje. Revisaremos los mensajes con regularidad y les devolveremos la llamada en el transcurso de unos pocos días hábiles.
¿Van a visitar el edificio? Si programan una cita y visitan la escuela este verano, por favor utilicen las puertas del noreste o del noroeste (marcadas con estrellas en el mapa adjunto). Una vez que lleguen a esas puertas, por favor llamen al número de teléfono indicado en el letrero de la puerta y alguien vendrá a abrirles.
