Beechwood Independent Schools is a public school system located in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. Since our founding in 1860, Beechwood has built a strong foundation and reputation of excellence - in academics, athletics, and the arts. Our high-performing district offers a full curriculum including Advanced Placement (AP) classes, dual credit, and a variety of electives and required courses which are designed to maximize student achievement. Our students consistently perform in the top-tier of state and national assessments. Both Beechwood Elementary and Beechwood High School have been named National Blue Ribbon Schools.
