Indian Land School Rezoning Meeting
There will be a Community Town Meeting on Monday, June 1st, from 6-8 pm at Van Wyck Elementary School Cafeteria. Have a discussion with Melvin Stroble, the LCSD Board Chair and several of the LCSD Board Members. Please see the attached flier.

Medication in Nurse’s Office
If your child has medication in the nurse’s office, please plan to pick this up in the main office before the last day of school, June 3rd.

ILMS Car Rider Tags

Parents, just a reminder, all LCSD schools and offices are closed tomorrow, Monday, May 25th for the Memorial Day holiday.
Yearbooks
If you did not purchase a yearbook, we have a limited supply of extra yearbooks for $45 in the main office. (First come, first serve) Cash or Check made payable to ILMS.

Chromebook Collection
The media center will be collecting chromebooks this week as follows:

The ILMS 8th grade promotion ceremony will be on Wednesday, May 27th at 6:30pm at the Indian Land High School stadium. Dress code is dressy casual. Parents, please have your child dropped off at ILHS in the front of the school by 5:15pm. You may then park and make your way to the stadium. Just a reminder, LCSD has a clear bag policy as well as the use of metal detectors. Please leave all unnecessary items in your car.
Inclement Weather Information
We will make a rain date decision by 3pm on Wednesday the 27th if need be. This information will be communicated through a connect ed email, on our website, school app, and Facebook.

You can park in the ILHS parking lot.
Graduation Video
The ceremony will be videotaped and posted to our website (we will notify parents when the video is posted).

We will have several opportunities in the coming weeks for 8th Graders to include their handprint on the walls of ILMS. Handprints are $5 and are available for pre-purchase via the link below. Students may also bring in $5 cash and pay at the time of the event.
