Your body is changing after 40. That doesn’t mean your strongest years are behind you.
Maybe recovery takes longer. Maybe your energy feels different. Maybe your clothes fit differently. But the answer isn’t always to eat less, work harder, or become more disciplined.
Strength training after 40 is about becoming stronger, capable, confident, and independent.
It’s about carrying the groceries, getting up off the ground, traveling, protecting your independence, and continuing to say yes to the things you love.
And there’s something else that gets stronger too: your confidence.
When you lift something you once thought was too heavy, you don’t just build muscle. You start trusting yourself again.
We’re not trying to get our 25 year old bodies back. We’re building bodies that can carry us into our 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond.
Strong enough to move. Strong enough to live. Confident enough to keep saying yes to life.
