What a way to kick off Otter Dash! 🦦🎉 Today, our students came together for pep rallies to officially launch our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year: Otter Dash!

Students learned about all the amazing ways their fundraising efforts can support River Trail and make our school even better (is that even possible?!) And we had one VERY special surprise guest… Ollie the Otter! 🤩

The energy was high, the excitement was contagious, and we can’t wait to see what our Otters accomplish together!

Let’s go, River Trail! Let’s make this the best Otter Dash yet! 💙

Our Otter Dash fundraiser has officially begun! 🎉 Today, students are celebrating with a pep rally to kick it off right by putting the FUN in fundraiser! So much work happens behind the scenes to make the Otter Dash successful. It's a fun event where you can help out and see your students enjoying the day! We are taking sign-ups for:

🚗 Car Line Hype: Wear fun costumes, dance and get families excited!
🌟 Set-Up/Decorate: Help get the area set up for the Otter Dash.
🎉 Fun Cart: Hand out and collect Pom Poms before and after each race.
💦 Water Station: Assist students with getting water.
🧹 Clean-Up: Break down decorations and clean up after the dash.

GET READY, OTTERS! Our biggest fundraiser of the year is almost here! 💦

We’re kicking off River Trail Elementary’s annual fundraiser (formerly Boosterthon) next Friday, September 4 with a school-wide Pep Rally and two weeks of fundraising fun, all leading up to the Otter Dash on September 18! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Stay tuned for more information coming soon to parents. Every donation helps support the programs, activities and experiences our PTO provides for River Trail students and staff throughout the year. So, let’s rally together, spread the word and make this our biggest fundraiser yet! GO OTTERS! 🦦🎉
