A big thanks to the families who came out for a movie night at Wood🍿

Between the chilly weather & so many fall festivities happening around our community, it was a tough night to get everyone together, but we’re grateful to everyone who chose to spend part of their evening with us! 🧡

Every event we host is a chance to bring our school community together for something fun while raising funds to support our programs, student rewards, & staff appreciation! While not every event goes exactly as planned, we’re thankful for every family who shows up, every volunteer who lends a hand, and every person who supports our little PTO along the way. 🐯

We have more fun events and fundraisers ahead, including our 𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐏𝐓𝐎 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, and we can’t wait to see you there!🍂

MOVIE NIGHT UPDATE! 🎬

Due to the chilly weather, we’ll be moving things into the gym this evening

Blankets, chairs, & PJs are still welcome! Come get cozy, grab some snacks from the concession table, and enjoy a movie with us!

We hope to see some new & familiar faces!

MOVIE NIGHT IS STILL ON!

We are keeping a close eye on the weather. If the temperature drops too low Friday evening, we’ll move the fun inside to the gym

We have our own projector & setup, so don’t worry… whether inside or outside, we’re ready & prepared to avoid any technical difficulties this time. (if you know, you know😉😂)

So grab your blankets, chairs (or just get comfy in the gym!), & join us to watch Halloweentown 🎃

This week, thanks to the success of our last Bingo Night, we were able to fulfill the wishes of THREE of our Wood teachers! 🎉

One of the highlights? Spinning chairs for kiddos who benefit from a little extra sensory support! These chairs will give students another outlet to meet their vestibular & proprioceptive sensory needs throughout the school day. We’re so excited to see them put to use!

Thank you for continuing to support our PTO so we can support our school! We couldn’t do it without our incredible community! 🧡🖤

We’ll have hot dogs, nachos, & our regular concessions available throughout the evening🌭🍿

Tiger Treat Friday is special this month!

For the debut of special snacks on TTF, we leaned in to spooky season & prepared over 300 Rice Krispie treats for our Tigers! 👻🎃

Each one was decorated, sprinkled, & packaged with a little extra love.🧡

We hope our students enjoy their treat today and that it kicks off the weekend on a positive note! We’re excited to keep switching things up & bringing more fun surprises throughout the year🐯

A lot of people don’t think about all the behind the scenes tasks that go into keeping a school running & looking good, but we see all the hard work you do!

From the big jobs to the little things, supporting our needs at events, and even letting us borrow your tools & extension cords 😂
