Last Day of School at School 2! 🎉✨

What an incredible way to wrap up the school year!

Our 👏 4th Grade Clap Out 👏 was filled with excitement & celebration as we sent our students off to their next chapter. The School 2 PTA helped bring the fun with party poppers, hand clappers, silly string, & music filling the air while families proudly cheered on their 4th graders with handmade signs & smiles. 🎊📣💛💥🎉🎶

The School 2 PTA also treated students to a visit from the ice cream truck 🍦🚚🍨, giving everyone a sweet way to celebrate the last day of school. Students enjoyed spending time with friends, taking pictures, & making lasting memories before summer break. 😎📸☀️

Thank you to our amazing teachers & staff for an unforgettable year, & to our custodial team for their hard work behind the scenes cleaning up all the confetti & celebration mess so quickly & efficiently — We appreciate you more than words can say! 🙏✨

🌟🎉 PTA End-of-Year Clubs Assembly 🎉🌟

What an amazing way to wrap up another incredible school year! Our School 2 PTA End-of-Year Clubs Assembly gave students & families the opportunity to celebrate the hard work, dedication, & talents of our club participants through a series of wonderful performances.

A huge round of applause to our amazing students, club teachers & advisors:
📣 Cheer Club with Mrs. Rodriguez
🎶 Music Club with Mrs. Merrill
🥋 Taekwondo Club with Master Park from United Taekwondo, advised by Mrs. Stelter

This special assembly gave our school community a glimpse into the enriching after-school opportunities offered through our PTA. From building confidence & teamwork to developing new skills & discovering passions, our clubs provide students with experiences that extend beyond the classroom.

Thank you to our dedicated club teachers & advisors for sharing their time, talents, & enthusiasm with our students throughout the year. Congratulations to all of our club members for their outstanding performances -- you made us all proud! 👏🖤🦅💛

Pre-K Promotion Celebrations 🎓✨

What a special time as we celebrate our amazing Pre-K students & all they have accomplished this year! We are so proud of these little learners as they take their next big step & move on to Kindergarten this fall. 📚🍎

The School 2 PTA was happy to support our Pre-K Promotion ceremonies by providing refreshments for families & guests. A special shoutout to our incredible Pre-K teachers for creating such adorable & memorable decorations that made each celebration even more meaningful! ✨💖✨

We also enjoyed helping families celebrate with our graduation-themed balloons, & we'll have more available for sale at our final Pre-K Promotion ceremonies taking place on the last day of school. 🎈

Congratulations to all of our Pre-K graduates! We wish you a fun-filled summer & can't wait to see you shine in Kindergarten next year! 🎉😎☀️🎓

📚🍎 Kindergarten Orientation at School 2 🍎📚

We were excited to welcome our incoming Kindergarten families & share all the wonderful things that make School 2 such a special place! ✨💖✨

Families had the opportunity to meet our principal, Mr. Brennan, & hear presentations from our Kindergarten teachers, school nurse, school counselor, ESL teacher, lunch program, after-care program, & PTA Board. These presentations provided valuable information to help families prepare for a successful start to the school year. 👩‍🏫🏫👨‍🏫

It was wonderful meeting new families & answering questions about the PTA, our programs, events, & the many ways we support our students, staff, & school community throughout the year. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table to learn what we're all about. 💛🤗💛

🌊🐠 Kindergarten Promotion 2026 — Under the Sea! 🐠🌊

The School 2 PTA was proud to help make this special day memorable by providing the under-the-sea decorations 🐠🪸🐬💙🩵, custom Kindergarten promotion t-shirts for the students 👕, & refreshments 🧁🍪 for our graduates & their families. 🎓

Thank you Kindergarten Teachers & support staff who have made this celebration possible! 🩵💙 You are all an inspiration & your dedication has played an important role in making this milestone so special.

A huge thank you to all of the families who stopped by our balloon table. 🎈 We were overwhelmed by the excitement & support — we completely sold out of balloons for the day! Seeing our graduates proudly carrying their balloons made the celebration even more special.

We are incredibly proud of our Kindergarten students & all they have accomplished this year. Keep dreaming big & shining bright as you head off to 1st grade! 🌟
